We have a new record holder for most tackles in a season with 180. He just barely beat the old record of 179, which was held by Derrick Johnson.
Congrats to Nick! The kid is probably the most sure tackler that I've ever seen on the Chiefs. He has a chance to be a HOF. Also, something weird - Derrick Johnson broke the old record in 2011, but on pro football reference he is only accredited for 131 tackles. How did PFR miss 48 tackles. That seems pretty crazy. |
