A couple of irrelevant players, NBD.

Don't wanna see CEH getting snaps over Pacheco and McKinnon anyway, and with Bell back, there's really no room for Fortson snaps either.

Well, except that Fortson is a legitimate offensive weapon receiving, and Bell is decidedly, not. In any kind of shootout, I'd rather have Fortson on the field.

total agreement about CEH.

Someone from the Chiefs defense needs to step on Lawrence's bad toe on their first offensive play of the game.

I think this is a game where Spags is going to try and funnel Trevor into making bad decisions. Trevor has shown enough issues on tape that I think Spags is going to try to take advantage of some of those 'mistakes' and bait/force Trevor into turning the ball over.

There was a defensive play Spags called a couple seasons ago (can't remember who it was against anymore, sorry), where he had both Frank and CJ drop into coverage, brought the blitz from the left side and forced the QB into trying to make a throw deep right, over CJ but underneath the coverage, so a pretty tight throw. Pretty sure the QB missed the throw.

I remember that one partly because everyone that saw the replay was angry that CJ was in coverage on a passing down. But from a strategic standpoint I thought it was a nicely designed play, it just didn't result in a pick.

Not saying we'll see that this weekend, or that we should see CJ in coverage, just that the concept of trying to take advantage of a QB's weaknesses, in this case forcing the QB throwing deep right, is something Spags will probably plan for.

Frank's groin is good to go! and he didn't even play in the first game when chiefs got 5 sacks. Imagine what playoff Frank is gonna do to that JAG dline! Playoff Frank!
