I’m quite certain he is content making his few million a year (or whatever he makes) to win Super Bowls and not deal with all the extra stress of slumming around as the head coach of a Bryce Young led team or similar.

He said in an interview with Boomer after the Super Bowl that he would like to be a head coach again. He also said being the DC for the Chiefs is a blessing and a curse because owners want to be getting everything done in the weeks leading up to the Super Bowl and he's not available.
