I don’t know how there are even fans of other teams. I couldn’t conceivably imagine being excited about this. Goff’s a good dude and a good QB, but come on.

I do applaud the Lions for finally deciding to try and be an actual NFL franchise, though.

The ugly truth is that there's about 5/6 legit franchise QB's in the league at a time. If you don't have one, you're pretty much behind the 8 ball and just hoping.

I'd say 2-3 legit franchise QBs tops, then 2-3 pretenders who are mostly media creations.
