Never happen. The state will step in. Tourists are why we have no state tax. Without Insurance all those places on the beach don’t exist. It’s in the states own interest to provide insurance.

It could still go up like 25 percent or so on top of the current rate that's been jacked up. It adds up BRC.

Hurricane tornadoes are generally very weak. Almost no chance of anything EF3 or higher like we see in the Midwest.
