It depends on what you mean by 'worst'.

Some movies are so-bad-it's-good. Some are just awful and unwatchable. Battlefield Earth is so-bad-it's-good. Another one is a 70s movie called "at the earth's core". Starship troopers was one I thought was so awful that it was funny and thus unintentionally entertaining.

Unwatchable would be like... 'from dusk till dawn', super mario bros, dude where's my car, catwoman, wild wild west, etc.
Maybe it's just me but I like from Dusk til Dawn.

Big Momma's House 2 must really suck if it's made it's way to 56 after being in theaters only a couple of weeks.

I didn't think it was bad either. Certainly not worthy of "worst ever" mention.

Of course, I love Ice Pirates, so maybe I'm not a suitable judge of quality.

I watched it by accident and had no idea that it was a vampire movie until the vampires started eating people. One minute it's about two dysfunctional criminals and a kidnapped family and then HOLY SHIT WE'VE GOT FANGS AND BLOODSUCKING! I thought that was really cool. Of course, knowing it was a vampire movie going in would have really taken the edge off. But I enjoyed it and was floored by the plot twist.

It really is like two movies.

I thought Cheech's carnival barker bit was hilarious.

Mystery Science Theater 3000 showed many movies so bad they were funny, primarely from the 50's and 60's.

With the comments made about the movies being shown from the cast being made to watch the shows it was darn funny.

Some movies might be so bad that people on this board probably had the sense not to see them in the first place, 'Gigli' and 'Its Pat' comes to mind.

Not that these movies are the worst, but ones i had high expectations of especially seeing the previews and then painstakingly watching them were Van Helsing and Hellboy.

Yep. It was good fun. I believe that was Selma Hayak (sp?) as the headlining stripper with the snake.

I completely forgot about this movie. How someone can make a movie that's as bad as Mac and Me, I will never know. If you want to see a movie that will make you laugh your a$$ off because it is so horrible, rent this movie. Even as a kid, I thought to myself (after watching it)..What the hell was that?

How about Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood? I caught a few minutes of that one night when it was on TBS or TNT or whatever. I was bored and nothing else was on. Talk about a stinker.

When I first saw this on the list I couldn't believe it. Then I noticed the year. Did they remake the original 80s flick with Ralph Machio and Steve Vai? Or is this something completely different?

Heh...I do believe that is the flick with Britney Spears where she goes off to college.

The Crossroads movie based on Robert Johnson was good. Completely realistic when Ralph Macchio outduels Steve Vai on the guitar in hell, too.

WTF is wrong with Vanilla Sky?

A movie being surreal or hard to follow doesn't make it bad.

Because you "don't get it" doesn't mean it's bad.
