Sounds like he's not real eager to help develop Croyle. A little disappointing.

As disappointing as it might be I still respect Green because he has paid his dues; just because he recognizes the fact that it is not his job to baby sit the rookies doesn't mean he is any less a person or an athlete.

...Or a team player for that matter.

He basically said he is not going to take Croyle in as his little pet.

There is 3 other QB fighting for jobs and playing favoritism to one would not be fair to the others. Its not his job to pick who is going to be his successor, its his job to QB this team to a SB
