I am a die hard Buckeye fan, I have been my enitre life. Ginn is a very good reciever, he is definetely a good pick at 23, he has solid hands and runs very good routes, and is just plain fast. He doesnt give up on plays and he blocks down field with some of the best of them. If Croyle could throw to Ginn that would make for a fun season to watch as Ginn is so hard to over throw although Troy Smith did a few times as he has a rocket for an arm. I agree with you Vegas_Dave.

I'd be pissed of if we picked Sidney Rice.

Souldn't have to worry about that, IMO. Just a guess, but if Jarrett and Meacham are gone at 23, were going CB.

I said Daymeion Hughes a month ago, so I'll stick to it, even though his stock has dropped recently. Wouldn't be surprised (or upset) to see Revis or Houston either if the above WR's are gone....

what about Tony Ugoh? Where is he slated to go now? I have always kind of thought it might be between Ugoh or Houston from Arkansas. I just don't know if Herm will draft a CB this early with his reputation of being able to find good CB's later in the draft.

Have we even brought him in for a workout? I know we brought in Meachem. I really would like to see us draft him or Ted Ginn Jr. Ginn is too much of a playmaker and is too explosive offensively to really pass up and he would definately help on ST.

I have never been a fan of any Spurrier groomed WR.

I hear CAR is wanting to shop Kris Jenkins for pick(s). If Carl could somehow jump on that, theres no way we dont go WR or CB in the first round.

Other than watching Ginn and his reports all suggest he's a 3rd WR that does punts and kicks.....I don't really think that's worthy of 1st round.

Agreed. Someone will take him in R1, but I hope it's not us.

Like I said earlier, If Jarrett and Meacham are gone, we won't draft a WR R1, more likely the value will be at CB. JMO.

I doubt it will be Rice. He pissed a lot of people off when he refused to officially run at his Pro day. I think he's going to slide right out of the first round, if he ever was a legit first rounder.

I think Rice and Meacham are pretty equal players when you factor in who they were playing with and overall talent.

I'm sure Rice will run before the draft, he wouldn't be very smart not too. Either way Rice does have the talent to be a #1 so picking him is ok with me.

He has the talent, but his stock seems to be sliding. Him not running may have something to do with it, but I'm wondering if there's another reason or two......

I'll be honest, I know nothing about him away from the field. Maybe his Wonderlich scores, maybe he interwiew poorly, who knows.

All I do know is that Rice and Bowe seem to be on a downward spiral out of R1 for some reason. Maybe it's just that other players are moving up and pushing them down the ladder.....
