I've passed out on the toilet once partying one night. I woke up the next morning still on the seat. My legs were so numb I had to crawl out of the bathroom into the living room to get the feeling back in my legs. Talk about pens and needles, that was a horrible experience.

I think if my woman had sat on the toilet for an hour, I might have become concerned.

If it was that she was stuck because of assicus giganticus....I think I'd have winched her up, or maybe limited her food to, I don't know....a couple of gallons of slimfast per month until she could get up?
