Nolan is an awful HC.

He's constantly trying to play a 3-4 when he doesn't have the players to play it. Patrick Willis is the best defensive player in the NFL, and is better suited to play a 4-3.

My brother is a 49ers fan, and literally did a dance he was so happy tonight that Nolan was canned.

I don't think they have his replacement on staff.

I think Mike Holmgren is going to take over as GM/HC next year.

He's currently the interm DC for the 49ers.

I only wish they'd keep a microphone on Mike Singletary at all times on the sidelines... it would be interesting to to hear "motivation" in action.
