I knew this was going to happen

The Patriots draft by THEIR board...they don't use a scouting service...they do their own scouting and stay true to their board...

and I knew all of the drafturbators would absolutely hate the draft.

It's hilarious.

Read the ****ing thread, Ritaspaz. Scott Pioli isn't the common denominator, Bill Belichick is. Belichick stays, they still draft well. They trade down, they parlay and accumulate picks. Dimitroff leaves. They draft well, they build a foundation to be a competitor for 10 years.

Pioli leaves and immediately changes the entire team to fit a scheme where there is no draft value and constantly passes up positions of both value and need, but he's Pioli, and clearly has so much success on his own, that we can't question him.

I haven't written him off, but that doesn't change the fact that quite a few of these picks felt like reaches.

Have you compared our draft to other teams? Seriously, go do that for a minute and get back to us, your opinion might change.
