First of all, Clark Hunt doesn't own the Chiefs by himself. He's the "chairman", because actual ownership is split between himself and his three siblings.

Secondly, I highly doubt Hunt would put over 100 million of his family's money into a facility owned by the county if they intended to sell the franchise.

If that's true, and Hunt didn't just take a pass and wait for someone in LA to build a stadium for him to move into... he's a great owner.
