Battlestar Galactica did an excellent job of using human flaws to really help the audience relate to the characters. It also makes the show a whole lot more interesting.
On one hand, making Starbuck a woman disappointed me.

I stopped watching after 5-6 episodes back in 04', but just started over again since BBC has picked up the series.


It is pretty damn good, but Dirk Benedict will always rule as THE real Starbuck.
