This is now Peterson's best season EVER. He will top 2,000 yards.

Right now he's at 6.3 YPC.

I still have to give it to Manning because he sat out a whole year.

Don't get me wrong, I think what peyton has done is damn incredible but I think AP deserves it as stated above.

Interestingly enough, Peterson is only the 2nd guy to get over 1800 yards with less than 300 carries.

The other guy is Jim Brown.

Insane.

Time his 40 in that second gif from the 50 to the 10. JFC. After an ACL tear?

Every time another big time RB tears and ACL, it'll be "can they bounce back like AP did?" from now.

I just timed his 40 in this 82 yard run from today.

After making a move in the open field, he goes from the 30 to the 30 (40 yards) in 4.1 seconds.

He covers the last 40 yards in 3.88 seconds.

I'm fairly convinced they're both robots.

Thus disqualifying them both.

Allowing Jamaal Charles to win CPOY!

YESSSSSSSS!!!!!!

But, to be honest, both are very deserving.

As mentioned...AP wins CPOY and Manning potentially wins MVP.

Peterson wins. Manning didn't do squat for us this year.

I now hate Peyton Manning more than I used to hate the Raiders, and didn't think that was possible.

I refuse to watch a game the Broncos are participating in and have never hoped for a "1 and done" so much in my life.

Either player is well deserving, most expected them to do well, but not "that well". Both of their teams are headed to the playoffs and both players are producing at a high level.

Peterson is "the weapon" on his team and Manning looks as if he's been playing in Denver for 8 years and not 8 months.

Give it to either of them, I don't care... same goes for the MVP too. I want playoff wins and a SB title. I'm allowing myself to breath a bit now with the reality of a #2 seed being in their grips and what that can really mean for them once the playoffs start.

There's a long journey ahead in the playoffs and they have to take care of business with the Browns and Chiefs coming to town. The Broncos are riding a 9 game winning streak, with their last loss on the road @ NE in week 5. These two final games in Denver are classic trap games - they're playing for seeding, lose 1 game and they can fall to #3 or #4 depending on how things shake out.

As odd as it is to say, the Browns and Chiefs games are unquestionable must wins for Denver. Ride that momentum, do not let up and please oh please... if they are leading by double digits late in either game, put in Brock and let him finish the game(s). Leave nothing to chance if the games are out of reach.
