If Brackins comes out this year I'm confident he'll be a first round pick. Probably top 18.

No chance. He doesn't rebound well, doesn't post-up well, and doesn't even play defense.

KU played okay today, but they let them come back at various points in the game when they shouldn't have. The Canadian 3 point shooting big man really should have been covered better...he can't really do anything but shoot.

I do think Collins played very well. Morningstar played a little off. Some good plays, but some uncharacteristic bad plays. Marcus played well again. Markieff...****, but he did get hosed on one foul. Aldrich did play very well, as usual.

Gawd I wish we could have protected our lead. But I don't think the performance was particularly terrible.

Aldrich and Collins pretty much carried the team today. And as usual, they were enough to win. The rest were mediocre.

Texas falls to 6th in the conference, as expected, with OU coming up. I'm not looking forward to Nebraska, but at least it's at home this time, and maybe they learned a few things from the first meeting.

Who said he was going to play PF in the NBA? He could play a SF - PF hybrid, kind of like a Kevin Durant who can't shoot quite as well. And he averages almost as many rebounds as Cole Aldrich...
