Even if Cassel never improves on this season (which I actually think he will, even if I'm not a fan), GM's don't admit to failures that quickly. Pioli will give him every chance to prove that he's right. He drafted him, he signed him to a 60 million dollar contract. Those of you you think that Pioli is going to turn right around and draft a QB with our first pick are ****ing morons. Yes, you are. I'm immature because I think the Chiefs remain the least talented slowest team in the league? Yes Scott Pioli is doing an awesome job he replaced 40 some players and 2 guys are better.

You're immature because you've allowed your desire to blow Mark Sanchez to skew your entire outlook on what's going on with the Chiefs, and you've been acting like a pouting bitch ever since. The team was already the least talented team in the league before Pioli got on the scene. In his first season, he's improved some areas, but not all, and not nearly enough to make the team truly competitive yet. That's to be expected, particularly when part of the rebuilding included moving the team's best player for a future draft pick.

You people were bitching about "true fans" that you insulted for wanting an 8 win team, yet you're now bitching because the team hasn't taken enough of the sort of steps that would have been designed to do just that.

I've got a newsflash for you: No matter who was hired for the job last season, this Chiefs team was not going to be turned into a contender in 1 or 2 years. Sane people understood that. Mature people will accept it.

Moves are independent of each other, I like Chris Chambers as a player that doesn't mean that one wipes away the other ones.

I'm not going to be remotely patient with a QB who's nearing 28 years old, he's not a rookie. Pioli's first moves from head coach to QB to top 3 pick all look like stinkers to this point.

The reason they get railed upon is numerous people called them stinkers when they occurred so it's not shocking for them to look even more stinky today.
