Of course not...easy to say when he loses.

Lets all get together and watch the Cowboys/Giants postseason game from 2007...and then after the game I want you all to look me in the eye and tell me Tony Romo is the reason they lost that game and he's not a big game QB.
Hootie, dude... Really?

Even a blind squrrel finds a nut occasionally. The guy loses more big games then wins. What's the guys record in potential season ending games?
I'm not here to argue. You have your opinion, and I have mine. Big numbers and wins can be, (and often are) two different things.

you know what really hurts me?

I have to finally admit to my Brett Favre biased roommates that he MIGHT NOT actually be the overrated piece of shit I've painted him to be the past 6 years of our lives.

He is truly playing the part of "Brett Favre: The Legend!" this year and he's doing it without much help from Adrian Peterson.

Best pump fake I've ever seen.

Yeah...

I think it's hilarious.

I was hanging out with friends and was pretty bummed out after the cards game but we all knew the Colts were going to tear the Ravens apart...they had no chance with Flacco...

and yeah...that's the same team that made the Patriots look like clowns...

but Tom Brady has no weapons...so I guess he gets a pass.
That win yesterday, as with their previous SB, was the sequelae of the Colt's defense stepping up in the postseason, and Peyton playing the game manager role. 20 points is by no means a 'tearing apart'

the hilarious thing about this is...

Romo has been a starter for 3 full years now...

This is really the 1st bad playoff game he's ever played...and the Cowboys were clearly the inferior team...1 to 53...

but we're going to put the loss on Romo's shoulders because it's convenient.

Oh, and btw Hootie, I agree that Palmer's overated, (especially since his injuries.)
The dude started out on fire, but since the knee went out, he's not the same guy.

Peyton Manning completed 30-of-44 passes for 246 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception to lead the Colts over the Ravens in the Divisional Round of the playoffs, 20-3.
Manning averaged just 5.6 yards per attempt against a tough Ravens defense, but he was able to lead the offense on multiple scoring drives with a short, controlled attack. He also brilliantly convinced coach Jim Caldwell to eschew a field goal attempt in favor of one more shot at the end zone just before the half, effectively putting a low-scoring game out of reach. Manning and the Colts will host the Jets-Chargers winner next week.

You're right, a proper game manager wouldn't have coughed up that pick.

hey baby lee...at what point in that Ravens game did they ever push Manning to have to do anything but just manage the lead?

everyone is always quick to give the credit to anyone BUT peyton manning...especially on his Super Bowl run...

but I do know that there were two times in that postseason the colts were trailing...

21-3 to the Patriots
7-0 to the Bears

and both times who came up big for the Colts?

and I can't wait for the threads next week...it's going to be like Damon Huard all over again...

I predicted two weeks ago that the Chargers were going to beat the Colts...I think they are the better team...I think the Colts only chance is a perfect game by Peyton Manning...and even then I think that defense needs to force ONE turnover...something...

but if the Chargers win it's going to all deflect on me...

Exactly.

The Colts win in the postseason and it's EVERYONE but Peyton Manning doing their job.

yeah but the problem is I said this two years ago and was mocked by EVERYONE

just like when I said Huard was our best option in 2006...

no big deal...hamas has a loud voice on this forum but if you want to look at the facts...

what I know about the NFL > what hamas knows about the NFL
