Ronald Jones signed

It’s going around that he’s signed. Won’t be announced until later possibly Saturday

It’s not confirmed yet Seen a lot of fire on it in the last hour

I do believe we signed him. Have to see the next 24 hours If it’s true

I would think iit’s a great pickup

He’s 24 and proven. Just need to fix his fumbling

CEH
Jones
Gore

Williams?

With
Andy
Mahones
Kelce
Burton
Top 5 online
Meciole contract year stepping up
Juju > Pringle Robinson
MVS > Pringle Robindon

Coleman
Powell

Still need to draft a top WR

I think we’re sitting pretty good

Also, how do you know that the Chiefs aren’t planning to draft a LB at some point?

This class is pretty damn good with depth into the early 4th round. Just playing with the mock simulators, I almost always take a LB at some point because the value is too good.

Wouldn’t that go with your idea that the draft is a better option than the free agent?

You keep on bringing up how the Chiefs have to shop in FA because they have a ton of holes. I'm simply questioning whether or not they are allocating the money wisely, not that they have to spend. You don't seem to understand that.
The offense got better today. Please shut up

How do you know that? Again, one might have more easily attainable incentives than the other.

It’s entirely possible that the only way Jones reaches his is if CEH goes down, while White himself just has to stay healthy for his as he already has the job.

Uhm, I've never seen Darrell Williams break away for a 99yd TD run. Or anything remotely like that. Same with CEH.

I don't think I've even seen either of them even get the edge.

This guy has burst that maybe only Gore was flashing some of.

We’re not running the same offense that we ran with Hill here. Might as well accept it now.

Agree. But personally, I'm not trading a 99 yard run every four years for someone who has ball security issues, can't catch the ball, and can't pass protect either.

The easiest position on the field to replace, I just find it odd we went this direction. He doesn't do anything Andy typically looks for well.

It’s not about trading a 99 yard run every 4 years. It’s about the added explosiveness for a team that couldn’t even take advantage of light boxes.

When it doesn’t make sense in terms of the passing game, it makes it obvious that it’s about his ability to simply run the football.

I don't think we're going to have to worry about light boxes from now on.

Maybe Pest is right and it's a coaching issue - I certainly hope so because this guy is as one-dimensional as they come.

Clyde’s longest run in his career is 31 yards. Thirty one ****ing yards lmao

I’m not so sure about the light boxes thing going away. We still have Mahomes and we added another legitimate deep threat. Doesn’t mean MVS is Hill because he’s not….but there is still the threat of him going deep.

I look at Jones as more of a obvious running situation type of guy. I think CEH is going to be your 3rd down and obvious passing down RB. But I also don’t know shit….so we’ll see what happens.

Also **** Bruce Arians. That dude is a raging dickhead.

Then if that’s the case, it’s even more important that we upgrade from Mr. 3.8 YPC.

Also, I don’t buy that the light boxes are going to just go away without Tyreek. If they do, Mahomes will feast.

Second favorite signing of the off-season behind Reid.

Those of you bitching honestly do not understand the entire situation in Tampa. I've given it plenty of lip service in other posts so won't bore you guys again. Overall he is probably the best pure runner on our roster right now and will give this offense something it hasn't seen since Jamaal and arguably Kareem. Home run hitting ability.

I am 100% sure Reid and management can get him to be better as a pass catcher and pass blocker. They clearly feel this too which is why he's a Chief right now. Huge win and I think you guys will look back and realize just how badly you underrated this guy.

I don’t think he’s going to be used to protect Mahomes. That’s Clyde’s job now.
