The Macruder film of the incident has been posted...it looks like he just tapped him.

You swing for the fence in the hope of landing a guy that can carry your team to a title, and most likely fall short or strike out.

Sure things are rare and how many 'sure things' have won titles with the team that drafted them? The Mannings went first overall and won a SB with the teams that drafted them. Who else in the modern era?

Or play it safe and get a guy with a higher floor (who still may flame out), who's ceiling is probably one and done in the playoffs unless you get really, really lucky with everything else falling your way.

I guess I would generally rather swing for the fence. Although obviously depends on what you have to give up. SF gave up an awful lot to draft Trey Lance.

Maybe but he doesn’t get the benefit of the doubt when he has a Grayson Allen reputation of being a cheap shot artist

I will be very disappointed with the Chiefs if they don’t come out and curb stomp the Jets. Please run the score up and embarrass and humiliate them on national tv. They have some talented players, but have a pee wee level coaching staff.

They have a great CB1, but he doesn't travel and doesn't play the slot/against TEs. So he's not really a major factor against KC.

They run a defensive scheme Andy Reid has regularly put clown shoes on.

And their outside rushers are not all that special.

I think it's more like Chiefs 28, Jets 3 unless they gift wrap a TD for them with a turnover or special teams error.
Lol Duncan knows. You are spot on, dude. Although I’m thinking more like 56-3.

The Jets do not do in game adjustments, they’re either too stubborn or too stupid. Or both. They double down on what’s not working all game.

That's at the very least a blatant sack tap. Dude is going to get ****ed up pretty bad soon if he keeps playing those stupid games.

We're locked in now, bro.

We're going to start the dynasty OFFICIALLY or die trying this year.

yeah, it looks like he wanted to do just enough to get a reaction and get an "unsportsman like" penalty on S-G or more.

You guys are overreacting.

When I joined ChiefsPlanet, I had to go through Big Bill’s initiation which was way worse than that. It’s a steep price to pay to join this great board.

You all had to do that too, right? …right? …guys?

I don’t remember that one, but I got invited to stand around a biscuit with Billay and his friends.

Had a prior arrangement, so I couldn’t make it. Did I miss anything interesting?

I don't think we're going to score 30. That's a good defense. The good news is, scoring 10 is likely enough to win.

Warning: Jets have an excellent defense. Best defense in the league, in my opinion.

that being said, it’s impossible for them to win, as Zach Wilson is the QB.

Enjoy 3-1
