Stuff You Could Live Without But Must Have Because Of The Quality

I've been going to do this thread for a few months, so here goes.

What are some things that you know of out there, that you may not need, but are in a class of their own. I'm talking top notch stuff, well above just very good, the best of the best and well worth it, because of the extreme quality. Things you would like, or would make great gifts for the right person. I'm not talking high dollar things like cars, lets say around $300, or less. Perhaps this will help with future gift ideas for people.

I'll post two examples:

1. I was trying to hunt down a leather bottle koozie, a cow (hair out) koozie to drink from, out in the man cave. (yeah twisted sense of humor) I looked all over and finally found one, right here in town, after googling the hell out of it. As far as I know, these folks are the only ones out there that make top notch leather koozies.

When I found them, I said the hell with the cow hair and invested in a bison bottle koozie. It's bison hide that's lined in Neoprene with a zipper and all handmade. I tested it all summer and I can safely say, this thing keeps my beer colder longer than anything I have ever tried, not even close. On top of that, the way it's made, it will last forever. I had one knocked out for my brother and my Dad as well. They have several different kinds of hides they can use, including things like shark.

http://www.etsy.com/shop/MontanaRedS...ion_id=8099603

2. If you, or someone in your family likes top notch candy, I'm talking the best you have ever tried, the Parrot Confectionery is a safe bet. These guys have been around along time, the early 50's to be exact and it looks about the same in there, old school. Whenever I'm in Helena, I have to stop for either a hot fudge, or caramel sunday. I also pick up two quarts of each for my parents and bring them back to town. All their stuff is handmade and or hand dipped. If you like candy, or have to pick out a gift for someone else who does, this is a safe bet.

Lets hear it, expain what it is and post a link.

I dont golf.
But I figured if the golfing industry was willing to spend millions on engineering balls with lil divots in them .Maybe /Just maybe, I should try & put those same kind of divots in my black powder revolver lead balls. So I put 10 or so lead balls in an empty Pringles can.
Shook the shit out of them, till they had similar divots. No bull. My target groups shrunk by an inch or more.

Stupid story I know. But true none the less

My over the top PC. In all fairness I use it way more than I watch TV.

Wool pajamas, Merrell boots and I swear I'm not a hipster but I love beanies...in the winter. Also, a good sausage and Boars Head Deli Style Mustard with a cold beer.

PS - Not my gaming system, I'd never buy Dell but very similar.

Ummmm I am. I am finishing my Master's degree and have worked really hard. However, going full-time to school for 7 years really adds up! Plus they told me it was impossible to work and complete my Master's in two years, so it has really sucked financially.

Once I am done with this though, I think some nice headphones would be my choice.

If I am dreaming I will take the Denon D7000's. I am not spending a grand on headphones though.
