WR Kyle Williams claimed by Chiefs

WR Kyle Williams was released by the 49ers, anyone think he could fit into this offense? Seems like he would be more of a deep threat than anyone currently on the roster.

Why would they bring him in to return kicks. We're doing just fine in that department. The WR corps is where we need help. I refuse to believe they're that stupid.

Well, unfortunately, be prepared for a heart breaker in the AFCCG.

Depth at WR, that's all the chiefs can ask for. When Chad freakin hall is getting out there you know you have nothing

If Junior or AJ were going to get opportunities, we wouldn't have ever seen Chad Hall.

Williams will probably see more reps because he brings something different to the table that Bowe, Avery, and McCluster really don't. I doubt he plays every down, but I'm sure he'll play enough in the same role Chad Hall played. Jenkins won't get more opportunities because he's been on this team for ages. If he was going to see the field, he would have seen it already.

Hall may be a decent threat at the next CP bash...as an NFL wideout not so much.

I was talking about the game this Sunday. With Bowe in trouble, I see Hemmingway and Jenkins getting more opportunities to prove themselves...in case Bowe gets suspended.

No worries. Bowe will be playing and Hemmingway and Jenkins will get their usual 0 targets.
