Exactly. He says that the technique doesn't matter, it's the result. I think just the opposite. While you can teach technique, a guy with less physical talent and fantastic technique will probably make the transition to the NFL much easier. Old habits are hard to break, and you can't push everyone around anymore.

Look at Robert Gallery. Allowed one sack in his college career. Strong, but mostly benefited from lack of competition. Had shitty feet. Got to the NFL, and all the coaching meant nothing. He couldn't even hack it at RT. His college results meant shit.

It will be awesome if Geno has already starting learning some WC terminology for Gruden. Gruden will drool live if Geno understands what short 63 M Y sneak means.
