I really can't say I've seen a worse T performance in 5+ years. I mean he was just laughably terrible and it was because he seemed to have just forgotten every technique/coaching moment he's had for the last 10 years. How a guy thinks he's gonna get that job done just dropping his head and lunging forward is beyond me.

And he did it often. I can't imagine he's generally that awful in practice, etc... because that's the kind of stuff you don't see Power 5 college players doing with regularity. He wouldn't stay on scholarship doing that shit, let alone make an NFL roster.

It had to be a one-off. Right?

I’m hoping it was just an off game but he was clearly disinterested or scared shitless.

He dropped his head on a CB blitz and allowed Moore to get around and sack Mahomes too. ****ing horrible. There’s no way he thought the the CB was going to try to bull rush him. There’s no excuse for his effort Sunday night.

I don't think he was scares but I've always said he's overly aggressive. He seems to think he can just bully and use his strength at all times and it's going to work. So he just puts his head down thinking if he gets a hold of the DE he can just push him around.

I'm not the one that called it a play action - your beef is with Nick Jacobs (and of course, Mahomo, but he's a meathead anyway so why bother?)

Let's remember when we're rushing to suck off some of these guys on Twitter that the only thing they have that many of us don't is a social media following and better A/V skills.

I'm well past the point of letting bloggers tell me what I see. These guys don't know more than I do and they don't know more than many others 'round these parts.

I mean the rush to cede your own opinion to a mongoloid junkie like Baldinger is just bizarre to me.

If he had just been beaten by Houston I’d feel a bit better. Houston is still a good pass rusher and Sunday was clearly his Super Bowl.. but he was generally shit the entire night. Didn’t matter who was in front of him and that’s a bit worrisome.

I almost take comfort in just how terrible he was.

Look - there's no WAY that he's just that bad in general. None. Guys that play like that regularly, even in practice, don't stay on the team. He'd have been cut by now if that was his regular performance.

He just didn't have it. I guess that's what it looks like on days that a backup quality player brings his D- game at a non-skill position. When a WR is struggling, he starts to press, his technique falls apart and everything comes unglued. Well I guess if a guy with fringe skills in the trenches starts to press and his technique falls apart - that's how it looks.

I refuse to believe he's truly that bad. It was shocking.

It makes me almost subscribe to the idea that some of the guys partied for Kelce birthday the previous night.

That’s what I was thinking. You know Kelce bday isn’t just tea and crumpets. I wonder who all was the party

I’m not sure if I want that to be the case or not.

If that’s true, then we have an excuse for the shitty play...but what the ****? Those guys have all ****ing offseason to party (which they more than take advantage of) and they have a blowout the night before an important AFC game. Total lack of professionalism if that was the case.

I don't think Jordan Black ever had a game that bad.

I mean, he's a backup tackle for a reason.

What did you guys expect was eventually gonna happen?

Is there any confirmation on the chiefs going after Trent Williams rumor? He’s been holding out and wants a trade.
