I am ready for the three day weekend? I got hot dogs, chicken, and hambergers ready to go. Anyone else BBQing this weekend?

Alright GonzoRox88, I want that Winston hat. You mentioned a dugout earlier, I could trade you my Judas Priest one for the hat. It is in great shape, but with both a Dokken and Maiden one already? I can only smoke a couple pounds a week these days. I could also offer up an autographed REO Speedwagon t-shirt that I got when I hung out with them backstage at the Illinois state fair. Good times bro.

After my cruise update. Sobered up a little to my dismay. I do usually drive a truck BTW, but that 1980 Monte was my daddy's gift to me, so it is special. T-Topps and if you can even claim to see in the windows I will give you $1000. Bitch is tight. I wouldn't drive an F-150 if you paid me, Ford sucks! I just bought 5 of those buy 2 get one free Marlboro mediums deals. The girl working was real cute, so I figured I would go for a bunch of smokes to impress her. She must think I am rich. I will be going back there. I smoke a little, so ****ing what? They ain't reds, but nothing else is. I just needed to save a couple of bucks to buy forties because my black friends are coming over tommorrow. I gotta be real.

So the other week I was drinking (imagine that) we took a cab home. The next morning my buddy was taking me to my car when there was a yard sale going on accross the street. So I was going to by my buddy some shit that he would have the WTF look on his face for a couple days. What I came home with was a Tracy Lawrence autographed phramed poster of Tracy Lawrence (country singer I guess) sitting on a harley. For stenson hat company. I hung it on my buddies wall...it is signed "to jackie" He was so pissed and had to google to see who this singer was

We are still collecting and delivering. Once everything is collected and our expenses are paid for, we should be close to $2,500. It's a pretty rough 2 days, but well worth it - this is the best fundraiser I have ever come accross. We have enough of a reputation for our ribs that they are fairly easy to sell, and we have the operation streamlined so the work goes pretty well. We could probably sell quite a few more, we have a good amount of help in the work, but I'm the only cook. And, by the time we are done on saturdays, everyone's pretty well worn out.

We cook pork spare ribs that run just over 4lbs each before cooking. We buy the higher quality ribs, they costs more, but our reputation is too important to take a chance. The bill for the ribs alone will run a little over $2k. We get $18 a slab, usually, we average a little less than half profit, but ribs were cheaper this time and we should just about double what we spent.
