I am afraid that Haley might have lost the team today.

With the Chiefs trailing huge, the Chiefs went into a shell. It appeared that he quit calling plays trying to win.

That combined with his arrogance, and hardass attituded towards everyone...... he could have a very, very short shelf life.

I cannot believe how conservative that game was called. I understand protecting the QB... but you have give yourself a chance to win the game.

My biggest gripe about Herm was the conservative play calling.... and Haley has made him look like Al Saunders.

It is hard to keep a team from giving up when the head coach calls a game like he gave up midway through the third quarter.

All I'm gonna say is if I was a player and a coach was up my ass every 5 seconds about every little thing then I watched him basically throw in the white flag in the 3rd quarter today..

This thought would go through my mind "this guy is all talk and no show"

So what about the half that returns?

Presumably, those will be the more talented players. If they don't respect him and his message, it won't matter. They'll just be forced to keep turning over the roster until they find 53 guys that don't mind getting screamed at.

I guess that's what they mean by the right 53?

If you noticed today he didn't do it hardly at all. He says he is working on it. I appreciate that he realizes he isn't perfect.

Goff is bad I agree, Nedukwe is bad but he replaced a player that was sucking ass as well and that everyone screamed to get rid of. There was a change but that's not acknowledged. The tone is that nothing was done.
The comment about Niswanger was that Haley's players (guys brought in) are the only ones not benched for poor play. Niswanger is not a Haley/ Pioli guy.

I didn't see him lose his cool at all and this was a game worthy of it.

Problem is, the guy they brought in is WORSE than what we had.

Had any of us known that the play of the RT would have gotten worse after cutting Mac, none of us would have advocated cutting him.

Change is one thing.

Not realizing how bad our offensive line was until the 3rd game in the preseason is inexcusable.

Ndukwe, Alleman and O'callaghan are not good linemen. They were the best we could get because we sat on our hands so long. The point is that we had a bunch of much better options earlier in the preseason, but for whatever reason, the front office didn't make it a priority.

The right 53 probably means players that don't **** up constantly. Don't **** up and you don't get yelled at.

I learned that fairly quickly in USMC boot camp
