I thought this was going to be something like, "Where were you when you realized the Chiefs really sucked?" Like, do you remember the exact moment when Tyler Thigpen started in Atlanta, and you said to yourself, "This goes beyond bad, this is full blown suckage". And now you can look back and say, "I remember that dark moment, but it looks like we may have now achieved some sort of respectable mediocrity." Something like that.

The moment Trent went down, and Huard took over was the beginning of the end of our unstopable offense.

We never recovered from that blow Trent took. Huard stept in ok that year as a back up should, but for him to become the starter the following years was just an abomination of sorts.

I'm simply stating the obvious. Some of you think you own this board and all of it's users, wich has never been or ever will be the case. This is a public site for chiefs fans, and gives the right to anyone who signs up to voice their opinions whether you agree with them or not.

I don't come here looking for friends since I have plenty, I'm here to get some news and hear what other Chief fans may be thinking about our team. For the most part though it seems like this place is all about the regular posters wanting to control new posters and members as if we are invading your private playground. Laughable!.

You do know that the ones who ignore it and move on don't get picked on, right? No one wants to "control" anything. They just love giving people shit who don't take it very well.

I'm sure even you realize how much you guys are proving my point, don't you? The only ones jumping on me are those who obviously spend way to much time posting on here.

How did you reach the determination that some of us spend too much time here?

I tried.

I couldn't disagree more. I don't post often, because I already frequent another MB. I have phog.net for the hordes of mindless banter. Love this board because the open conversations, and free speech mentality moderation is used, as I follow my Chiefs. Of course, it opens the way for premiere internet idiocy in the finest of forms. Case in point: re-read this thread.

To be honest, you brought a lot of this on yourself by first insulting everyone here who posts frequently with your original overgeneralization (see the second paragraph of post 91 posted below) and then by not taking the blowback very well.

Those of you who do post here every day should re-examine your life and try leaving your house and enjoy life with family and or friends. Then you may realize that CP is a place where Chiefs fans can occasionally come together and talk about our favorite team. Nothing else.
Oh, and just to be clear, no one is proving your point because your point is just as lame and idiotic as the original premise of this thread.

Actually, Kyle (AustinChief) owns the board, you stupid ****. Many of us occasionally donate funds for its upkeep, however. So nobody here thinks he or she owns the board except Kyle, because he does.

We do enjoy picking on hateful ****ing reeruns who don't seem to like this BB or its members and try to tell us how we should live our lives. Especially those that write and spell at a third grade level.

Run along now, those toilets aren't going to clean themselves.

Public?

This is a privately owned forum and several of the members donate money to keep it running. It was created more than a decade ago and many of us immediately joined because the KC Star forum (where the majority of us "Old Timers" used to post) was going to and finally went to shit.

And to date, I haven't seen even ONE of your posts about the Chiefs. It's just a bunch of whining and crying about rep, fans, and other posters, yet you criticize those of us who've become friends outside of this forum and post 5-10 times a day.

You need to take a step back and shut the **** up. Oh, and remove those trailer trash pictures in your profile before it gets really ugly around here.
