That was not "excessive force" on the cop's part. She's fortunate that she didn't receive a much more forceful response to her foolish actions. It'd be a crime if that cop gets any action taken against him. And I certainly hope that her and any other litigants lose their case and have to pay the Police Department's legal bill if this goes to trial. Crazy. That said, the whole dress and handcuffs visual was kind of hot. Angry sex with that fiery little habanero might worth a few bruises. In my opinion, in potentially high stress or violent situations like that, physical contact is the line that just can't be crossed.

what the first fat cop should have done is use his weight, grab that idiotic lady, pull her ass out of the booth, throw her down, and handcuff her. He shouldn't have been playing handsy with her, and he certainly shouldn't have slapped at the gal that was simply putting her arm on him and pleading with him.
