But that also means you have at least 3 more years to use since practice squad players do not count towards the cap.

Oh hey, I'd forgotten about this. Oh well.
As I recall, I did pretty well last time.. considering I slept through the first half of the draft...

I'm thinking his team might be bad enough he might just hold onto them.

I bet if he cut all his players he would improve his team.

Unfortunately, the following players are still under a 1 year contract which can't be changed this year.

Jones-Drew M RB 1 You have him upgraded to 4
Kitna J QB 1 You have him upgraded to 2

also, three of your draftees need to be assigned to the Practice Squad. Depending on those 3 players, you have up to 29 contract years used and 11 still available to assign to your current draftees.

Also, I am putting the team Arrowheads up for grabs as the owner has not gotten back to me after several emails sent over the last 4 weeks. Anyone who wants in to a great dynasty league with a lot of good competition is welcome. The only thing we ask is that you try to be in it for the long haul.

1 Johnson Rudi RB 2
2 Owens Terrell WR 1
3 Fitzgerald Larry WR 2
4 Roethlisberger Ben QB 1
5 Bulger Marc QB 3
6 Jordan Lamont RB 1
7 Hanson Jason K 2
8 Dallas Cowboys DEF 1
9 Fargas Justin QB 1
10 Dunn Warrick RB 1
11 Lewis Jamal RB 2
12 Miller Zack TE 2
13 Rackers Neil K 1
14 Henry T RB
15 Benson C RB
16 Driver D WR
17 Brown R WR
18 Walker J WR
19 Clayton M WR
20 Jackson D WR

21 Baker Chris TE PS
22 Kennison Eddie WR PS
23 Wright Anthony QB PS

You are free to upgrade players from the practice squad (PS highlighted in red) if you want to and can assign contracts to the players drafted this year from the autodraft (because the owner didn't show up for the draft). The only requirement, if you promote a player from PS is that you need to assign as many players from this years draft class (highlighted in green) to the PS. The players that already have contracts cannot be changed.

A copy of the league rules can be found in post 35 of this thread as well.

have not reported contracts as of the 10pm deadline.

Please assign your contracts prior to tonights kickoff if at all possible. If contracts are not received by kickoff and you have a player playing in tonights game, I will be forced to assign that player a 1 year contract regardless of who they are.

$#!t.

Ok. A. Stecker, T. Edwards (Buf QB,) and D. Ward (Giants HB) to the PS.

And just leave my unused cap and call me KC...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

PS is set for ya. You are at 29 years with 11 to burn on future add/drops.

My other league like this is set up in ESPN this year. So far I like what I see. I will be watching it closely today to see how gameday is like on it for FF.

If it looks good, I might set up our league there as a dummy league for you guys to check it out next week.

Well, the only problems I have with it are the lack of decimal scoring and IR is not customizable and subject to ESPN rules only.

Basically, if a receiver gets 1 catch for 19 yards ESPN will score it as 2 points while Fleaflicker will score it as 2.9 points. All of the ESPN scores were about 3-5 points shy of what FF scored.

I love the gameday functions of ESPN and how quickly they updated scores though. As a commish, the lack of customizable IR is a big issue now that FF offers it.

I will set it up just so you guys can view it next week but I don't know if it is worth a move over though.

I've always been pleased with FleaFlicker, it has moved way ahead of yahoo and NFL.com/CBSSportsline imo. That ESPN league sounds very good though.

I will post it for everyone to look at. I think I would just stay with FF for the IR alone though.
