I wondered because on the radio, they didn't announce it at all. Just said Russell was sacked, then explained that Gilberry hit him late, etc.

ESPN's boxscore has Gilberry with that sack.

Weird that he could get a late hit penalty on a sack he got credit for...

DeMorrio Williams getting as many snaps as he does pretty much makes it clear that DJ won't be back after this year.

He is only playing on third downs I believe, which were mostly passes.

Yeah, you're probably right about this. I wonder if DJ would have any kind of trade value to a team like the Bears or Bills, who are both short on LBs now with injuries to Urlacher and Pozlunsky.
