If you're going to ban me please make it permanent. I don't need to log in a week from now and and find I just got a slap on the wrist. If you're going to stand for something then stand for it.

If I never talk to you guys again then I had fun while it lasted.

It's not like we ban guys for one or two infractions. We really don't want to ban people. We don't. We like most of you here. We're entertained by most everybody at least occasionally. Permabanning is our way of realizing that a guy just isn't going to change his stripes. Thig has been slapped on the wrist with every kind of slap we have in our aresenal; he spent time unable to start threads, he was temp banned, he was talked to privately...

You guys don't see the time we put into trying to convince users to conform. You don't see the debates and the discussions we've had about a guy like Joey. I'll bet we've wasted more than 100 hours talking about Joey as a team and each moderator trying to personally take that guy under his wing to help him figure it out. Eventually we have to give up and move on.

Then you have the AUDACITY to question our judgement on the matter?
Yes. Because there's no transparency in the action. I realize CP isn't a democracy, but when bans are handed out on what appears to be a random infraction, it makes us question the board leadership.

Whatever your feelings on Phobia or mods being to heavy handed, too quick to ban, they are on a power trip, playing favorites etc.try to get away with some of the stuff thats allowed to go on here on another site and maybe you will reevaluate that opinion.........

We have decided that racial slurs of any kind will not be tolerated in the community. It's a line in the sand that everyone who posts here knows. You cross it, even if you are drunk, you get a vacation.

You want to get butt hurt over something that everyone already knows not to do, thats on you.

I just don't want to get banned for breaking some new rule on here that I've never heard of, is all.

I've had a few tonight so if you already said what he kept doing to get all these warnings and ultimetly get permabanned, my full apologies are in order...but I honestly can't recall such.
It wouldnt look good for a "King of the Noobs" to be banned.

Realist shit ever spoke! I`ve been a mod on a car forum for over five years. I`ve handed out two perma bans, and those for for trolls. This mod team lets people get away with a lot of border line stuff , other boards ban you for instantly. Hell, I was banned from a hot rod board for posting about lowriders, and big wheel cars..seriously. Not taking sides, just saying, have you been to the DC area lately lol..its would seem it takes A LOT to get the hammer put down permanently.

Truthfully...the mods here put up with more nonsense then most....If people get continous warning of the few rules that are enforced....And decide they're gonna do it anyway....Well we all make our choices....

That's nice way to go beer me wtf? I'd rather my friends not get banned, but if there going pull stupid shit like a racial slur then he got what he asked for. This sux I came home from work and found this thread.

The mods have a job to do & I respect them for making tough decisions that I know they don't want to have to make. I figure it's for the best interest of the bord that is why Kyle intrusted them for it. I may not agree or like it at times but this is life. I love Chiefs Planet as my home. Sure the hell don't want get banned for stupid shit after being warned about it. I've never been in that situation & I don't want too.

All I want to say is this is the offseason ****ing hate the offseason.

This is somewhat like when your father said, "If I hear another peep out of you I'm going to slap you silly." Then young Clay probably said, "peep".

I don't think your old man followed through with his promise but I guarantee you that I will.

I'm telling ya we need a subforum called Exile Planet, so people can just visit thier heroes instead of posting these ridiculous threads in thier defense. The exiles can only post in thier own little playground and thier buddies can visit them at any time.
