Well, that just means you’re either lying now or were unrealistically optimistic for no good reason at all.

KU played terrible basketball for three quarters of that one and looked at no point like they were gonna win it until about 5-6 minutes left.

He isn’t going to get comfortable in one season at Kansas.

He was absolutely worth giving a shot to because you can’t have too many shooters, but it’s over for him.

He even struggles making uncontested free throws!

Guilty of being optimistic for sure. I couldn't watch it live due to life getting in the way of my sports.

Of course they were playing like shit. I just trust Coach Self to get them out of the funk or better put, their head out of their ass's. Their shooting will return to be close to their mean. Thats not so far fetched.

There was never any doubt. Watched the game with family in Kansas. We never turned it off.

Since no guesses. We’re around 38% and 2nd in the Big 12.

We shoot a low volume but high percentage. Probably best for this team.

That’s kind of what I expected. Low volume but respectable percentage. I didn’t expect to get nothing from Timberlake though. If he comes around, the alleged “shooting woes” will be closer to the opposite.

Elmarko is also holding the percentage down.

If he begins to shoot at a respectable level, that would be huge.

He has a decent looking shot, so it wouldn’t surprise me. Kinda like Tyshawn Taylor maybe. He ended up shooting around 38% and a higher volume by the end of his time compared to where he started.

I think Elmarko's just a case of small sample size, plus not being totally comfortable at this level early on. He was a fairly good shooter in HS and I think he'll probably end the year with a respectable %.
