Got this email from fantastic goods today. It's cool that they are going to take care of the problem. I will probably end up ordering another jersey of some kind with free shipping. Here's the letter:

Dear Chad:
I am sorry to hear that.
I just found the pink problem, yes, it should be white. It is my liability.
I am so sorry for this.
The pink sleeves were made by the factory where I got the jerseys. We had
not found the problem before.
Almost other wholesalers and company did not has the 'pink' problem, because
they even did not have the Bowe jerseys.
But all the other chiefs jerseys we are on sale are all white sleeves.

I think there are three ways to fix the problem:
1, The Bowe jersey need not return to me, still for you, and also you can
choose one jersey from our website, I will let it free shipping to you.
2, The Bowe jersey need not return to me, I will refund you $15 to you, so
the jersey which has a little problem only cost you about $20.
3, Return the jersey, refund your full payment.

Would you please take consider? Say so sorry again to you.

Awesome! I went ahead and emailed them and copied your email from Ruben in it as well. Told him several of us had ordered the same jersey from them and all with the same results - pink sleeves. I will exchange mine out for a Drew Brees jersey for my brother. I already have an LJ jersey.
