Chiefs Thigpen on 810

"Watched the Cardinals alot, impressed, looking forward to him bringing his scheme to KC."

"It's a fun offense: you can run the spread,I-formation, play action and go deep."

THinks KC's receivers will thrive with Haley, likes the talent at WR.

Arizona did run alot of plays out of the gun, so I don't know why people would think that Thigpen couldn't play in that offense. That said I am not on his bandwagon for starting next year as I'd like Sanchez, but I'm sure Thigpen can work on improving from under center in the offseason and can at least be a quality backup.

Football is a team game. the defense clearly lost many games for us last season, not having anything to do with thigpen.

We of all fans should know this when DV and AS ran the show.

So the Giants should have given up on Eli Manning when the Giants only one 1 out of his first 7 games? It's not about Thigpen being good or bad. It's not about resting your future on him--the Chiefs need to bring in another QB regardless of what we think of Thigpen. It's about people like you that are convinced that a QB only deserves a half season to improve.
