If I’m coaching against Kansas, I’m letting Marcus Garrett shoot any jump shot he wants.

Unless I’m in foul trouble, I’m mugging him on every layup attempt and making him earn it at the line.

If it’s not an open layup, I have zero confidence in Garrett to make anything.

This second half may well determine my optimism level for next year.

Yes they’ll have more experience, but it will pretty much be the same guys. I don’t think you typically learn killer instinct over time. Let’s see if they have any.

I think its pretty clear they have tired legs. Missing shots you usually make and its not like ISU's defense is especially rugged.

Even still, when this team hears people cheer against them its like they melt and just lose any edge they may have had.
