He's just trying to create a market and squeeze what little money people have left out of them. It only takes one.

I have gone from really wanting Nuk to now thinking he is sad and washed and I'd rather roll with the kids, build a group and have sustainability.

It has to be depressing to only have Tennessee... with no QB/passing game... and New England with Mac Jones and an OC who once compared him to Aaron Hernandez... as his only leverage options.

I'm hoping that his visit to KC was on the down-low because:

1. We made our initial offer, but offered to keep the conversation open.

2. Told him to come back around to us after his FA tour and we'd reevaluate his interest in our offer.

3. We're willing to show some flexibility based on how the free market values him.

If he only wanted to practice one day a week. How he would fit into a locker room is a big question

If signing Hopkins makes it more difficult to re-sign players like Sneed, Humphrey, Thuney, etc., then I'm on board with our current WR room.

There isn't any resigning Thuney, he'll probably be cut before his current deal even expires.

Yeah, I almost didn't put his name in there because I wasn't sure about his contract situation.

Nobody's offering him the money he thinks he deserves. He'll keep taking guided tours until someone does.

Even if that means playing for the Falcons.

Guys looking to contend don't take visits with the Titans. He's looking for the bag. And honestly, I think he's probably worth what OBJ got (who was NOT worth what he got) but I also think the team can put that money to fine use elsewhere and have the pieces in place to operate just fine without him.

Hopkins would be the 2nd best WR this franchise has had since Otis Taylor - but he's not a necessity.

Larger question is how much of the playbook he would learn and chemistry with Pat.

He's already made it clear he wants to play in KC and does NOT want to play in NE, not sure about TEN which is sort of in the middle of the two regarding competitive play.

Obviously, that was wrong. Breer may not be the best prognosticator in the world, but he clearly said that Veach spoke to DHop. So your post was purely conjecture. or you're a liar. But I don't know you, or how likely it is that you would lie, so i left it at "you made a mistake." That's called precision. Something you seem to be lacking.

And you have a terrible memory, because I posted statistical context in all four DHop threads, several of which you replied to, not just this one.

Clearly you have some emotional control issues. Maybe see a therapist about that.
I said he was never really in the plans. I didn't say that Veach never reached out or spoke to him. I'm sure they reach out to all kinds of players, but that doesn't mean they planned for that player to be on the team.

Also, I never replied to any posts in the other threads about your "statistics" this was the first thread that I remember you saying anything about the Chiefs offense wasn't really the number 1 offense.

Like I said, you're full of shit.

You think Hopkins at 31 coming off the past 2 seasons would be the 2nd best WR this franchise has ever had? Better than Tyreek Hill in his prime? Hell, I'd even take Dwayne Bowe in his prime over this version of Hopkins.

I'll give you that during his prime Hopkins was better than Hill in his prime, but not by much. The things he did with Houston and for Deshaun Watson's career were pretty insane. He's not remotely close to that player now.

You really think that he's still that good?
