I said Favre was going to have a monster year? I've been one of the BIGGEST Favre bashers on this board EVER...I've thought he was a total fraud for the last decade...I thought he'd have a good fantasy year...I thought Cotchery was going to have a good fantasy year...and in a sense, unless you were in a performance league, Favre did have a good fantasy year...at least decent for where he was drafted...

I never thought Huard was the solution to our problems...EVER.

Now lets look at my past...

I called Tony Romo before he ever took a regular season snap as a starter...said he was the next big thing...to EVERYONE...on EVERY board...I have proof. People on a different board made fun of me the game Romo filled in for Bledsoe and threw two picks right away...telling me "Hootie will be around any minute to say Romo is pro bowl bound"...he went to the Pro Bowl.

Recently, I made a bet with a member on this board named RibKing (and some numbers) that Aaron Rodgers would have a QB rating over 90 for the season...bet him a rack of ribs...I was right...that dude never showed back up.

I think Peyton Manning > Tom Brady. I think the system MADE Tom be great...he had no chance without that system...Manning is the system and would have been the system anywhere.

I think Palmer is done. He's no elite, he's nothing more than average.

I think Cassel has a good chance because he's intelligent and he showed he could "do it" last year...and he's now with a staff that believes in him and he's had the chance to be in the greatest system in football and learn.

I think Sanchez > Stafford...I think Sanchez has the "it" factor...but Pioli likes Cassel and that means Sanchez has NO CHANCE of being drafted by the Chiefs.

So **** yourself for making up false claims...All of my friends KNOW I hate Favre...he has lost so many big games and the media has let him off the hook every time until this year...and it was amazing...years of vindication for me (all of my friends are huge Packers fans...I hate Brett Favre)...

and all I ever said about Huard was he gave us the best chance to win...and I was NEVER wrong about that...

And all of that stuff was true until the LJ injury and the Favre miracle...we beat Green Bay (like we should have) and don't lose LJ and we win the West...everyone knew it...4-3 with (2-0 AFCW on the road)...the Packers game was the end of it...

After that we gave up...and it was over.

I'm going to focus on Romo.

I think Romo is awesome. I really do. I think he's a top 5 QB in the NFL.

I think Carson Palmer is grossly overrated and pretty much done. That's my opinion.

I have NEVER bitched about Romo being above Huard in a poll...ever? What? Are you kidding? I love Tony Romo...I have never said I thought Huard was anything more than the Chiefs best option...which he was.

in that order...Tony had a good year last year...he plays for a circus of a team and gets all the blame for that disaster of a season...I don't know why? His pass blocking was horrible last year and he makes so many plays with his elusiveness in the pocket it's simply amazing.

and I didn't (like EVERYBODY else) ever get to see Cassel play...I had to take the media at their word...and apparently he was almost cut before the season last year by the Pats...but so was Moss before he put up 23 TD's the season before...so who ****ing knows?

Cassel was borderline awful at the beginning of last year for the Pats...he really came into his own down the stretch...I have no idea if he's going to pan out or not...but Pioli thinks so...and evidently so does McDaniels...and I trust BOTH of them over you.

There should be designated people that are willing to accept lists...the guy on deck can send a list of two guys to a few other people etc. etc. to keep the thing moving along. Just a suggestion.
