So let's say KU was actually 9-2 entering the game today, and then gets blown out. Or let's say we actually pull off a win today, and we got invited to the ColecoVision Bowl sponsored by Braniff Airlines playing Austin Peay on December 10th. Where would the level of disappointment be?

Jaden Nickens (former Oklahoma commit) and Justin Thurman (former Notre Dame commit) were both 4-star recruits with 5.8 ratings by Rivals. They decommitted and both signed with KU in the same week, coincidentally their rankings plummeted and were both downgraded to 3-star (5.7 and 5.6 respectively ratings) the days they committed to KU. Good times.
