With the Cowboys said to be out of the race!!..it could be a clear path for Veach to get in on the action. And what better motivation could Earl have than to join the Raven's biggest rival for the AFC championship and also have a chance to play them in week three at their stadium?

DO IT BRETT!!

Why would the team want to bring in a guy who skips meetings, shows up late, has slowed down, and is in general a miserable asshole to everyone?

Scenery changes can make a difference, who knows why people do what they do.

People usually continue to do what they do.

If he was doing these things in Seattle and Baltimore, two of the best rum franchises in the league, I’m gonna go out on a limb and say it is what he is.

His talent doesn’t outway his problems now, so bye bye

I did read a really bizarre thing about him that apparently he broke down after the SB, he was upset the Chiefs won because to him it meant he made a wrong decision.

Perhaps if it happened once, but it's a pattern with this guy, both in Seattle and Baltimore, no thanks. The only time this clown should be stepping onto Arrowhead, is with another team, and getting schooled by Mahomes.

Andy has always let the players express their personality. But, I've heard many players talk in interviews that you have to be on time for practice, meetings etc. respect the coaches or you will hear from Andy in private. Which I think is the best way to handle players in 2020. Maybe even a key ingredient to his success as a coach.

He "made the wrong decision" by taking more money form whoever paid him the most.

I don't really care at this point what he thinks. No one is gonna be high on him anymore.

Well firstly he wasn't a "problem" in Seattle. He rightly wanted a better contract and when they rejected his plea he wanted a trade. He could have sat it out whilst the Seahawks negotiated with our Chiefs but he didn't and in the end got injured putting it all on the line for his team on the field.

I think he knows this next move is important and he would be on a short leash so why not take a chance? If he messes up he gets cut so whats the problem? Being around Pat, HB and Clark should be enough to set him straight imo.

I’d hope we would just pass, but if Veach does a 1 year, vet min. 5m max in realistic incentives and 8m in total if all benchmarks are hit.

0 guarantees

I wouldn’t bitch.

That's dumb. Every player puts it all on the line for the team they are playing for and risks injury. Thomas playing was no different than what every other player in the NFL does week in and week out. He wanted more money or he wanted out. He got both of his wishes.

Now his new team cuts him because of his on the field distractions? If you can't see that this is a pattern with this guy after everything that's happened in the last year with two different teams, you're being willfully ignorant of the truth.

What a load of nonsense!!..Jalen Ramsey sat out games before he was traded did he not? He was NOT a problem in Seattle...period. Otherwise why were Chiefs and Ravens fighting to sign him? Get real.
