Keep in mind though that if 1 first rounder hits, we basically get a good player for free. Then you can use the mega Ramsey contract to spend on somebody else... Probably multiple somebody elses. Keep in mind if both don’t hit, we end up with no elite CB or good free player. I’ll take the proven player over the chance at one. Our offense is only going to get older from here, Kelce is gonna be 30 in a month. Our window is open now and this is the time you make these kind of moves.

Especially to a defense playing the Patriots. A DT is not going to make a difference against a team running 3 step dropbacks and getting rid of the ball in 2 seconds every play.

Fournette isn’t the greatest in the receiving game so I don’t really think he’d be a great fit for our O.
