I am not mad at this loss. In fact, I am glad we got our reality check before the big dance. This will be a good motivation for us to fix things up heading into the NCAA tournament.

And an entire week before they play their next game. Should be a great time for reflection.

I would have thought the Tech games was a "reality check".

If there's a bright side to performances like these down the stretch....

Collins is more likely to return next year...

I was thinking the TT game would have been that. I just think this team team is too young and inconsistant to go more than a couple rounds in this years tourney. I'd be glad to be wrong.

Friggin' young teams can drive you crazy!

Well, we know they "can" play with the best of 'em....now they have to go out and prove it. A sweet sixteen appearance, as I've said all along, would be have been a good season for this team. They are going to have to turn things around if they are gonna make that, at this point. Guess we'll see what they are made of.

Kinda my take as well. I thought that Tech game would've woke 'em up. OTOH, Baylor was/is playing for their spot in the tourney--for them their tourney began today.

Oh well. I'm trying not to get too upset about it. KU has won their fair share conference titles, and have won the conference tourney the last few times as well. Time for someone else to hang a banner.

I didnt get to see it (bad timing for us west coasters).....which is probably better anyways.

But...if I saw the stats correctly, Aldrich only shot the ball 5 times???? I'm sorry, but that's just unacceptable. I dont care how many double-teams he's facing. You got to get that kid the ball.

I hate to bitch about self...he's obviously done a hell of a job this year coaching. But I dont like seeing Aldrich out at the top of the key for half of an offensive set...setting screens....it cuts down on his touches significantly.
