VARSITY
V2.0 - ***Official 2014 Training Camp/Preseason Mega-thread***

Version 2.0

Post all of the Training Camp/Pre-season updates, relevant tweets, and general thoughts in this mega-thread.

If something happens to be particularly newsworthy, feel free to start a thread and discuss it there. Don't be a dickbag and "Q" up their thread, unless some idiot posts something like 5 days late.

WHEN POSTING TWEETS - When posting Tweets, instead of just copying the text, you can actually embed the tweet by clicking "...More" (right next to the timestamp of the tweet)-> "Embed Tweet" -> Copy the embed code, then paste that into your CP post. It will make the thread look a lot cleaner and we won't have to keep clicking away from the website to see the content. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, he looked much better than he did in the first game. He's going to be good in Kelly's system.

Maybe it is just the playoff hangover still lingering- but I have a feeling the chiefs are going to lay down like little bitches to the Panthers this weekend.

Based off what you have seen from the Chiefs the past 20 years, what makes you think they would even choose the right QB if they did take a QB early?

Well really you can't look at the organizations past over the last 20 because those dick bags aren't here anymore. The current bags of dicks have successfully drafted and developed quarterbacks. Multiple times.

Both have even had qbs drafted under them that led the franchise to a Super Bowl.

Seeing as how you sucked the Tigers dick and said the Royals were dead in the waters after the trade deadline, I feel much better about this game now that you've said this. Now all you have to say is that the Chiefs will be horrible and the Broncos will win the superbowl and I'll be more excited than ever about the season.

I see- so starting a thread about the Tigers trading for another Cy Young winner is sucking their dick? As far as the Royals- they havn't won shit yet-not since 85. I hope this is the year, but I am not drinking any blue kool aid yet.

Same with the Chiefs-until they win a playoff game- I don't expect anything out of them. I am happy for you if you think this team does not have major holes on both sides of the ball. Their special teams are the only thing solid and will probably help carry them to a few wins.

I am going to enjoy hanging out with family and watching the games for the enjoyment of it and not get invested in the outcome. Too many soul crushing losses for decades now. If they win that is great- Go Chiefs-but when they lose the 10 games I am expecting them to lose this year-it will just set them up better next year in the draft. Maybe they can break the Blackledge curse next year and really build a SB caliber team.

Oh and **** the cheating Donks!

That is a good summary and pretty much what I have gathered as well. I think the leash is still short on Bray though. I know most don't agree me and I still think he's a longshot. He has to play really well in these next three games to make the roster imo.

No he doesn't. He is in no immediate position to start. They are rebuilding him from the ground up.

It's a perfect storm.
