Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

Actually the world has a lot of people like Sac. They search until they find someone or something that tells them what they want to hear. It like that damn "cleanse" shit everybody wants to do. I dont think they are implants, I think its a condition referred to as 'Palumbo-ism', taken from the bodybuilder Dave Palumbo. Its like a distended gut/ab-pop from so much GH use over the years. The dude in that pic is a mess.. looks like he had some gyno surgery as well.

Although, it's a bit puzzling that the author worked with 3 time champs at FSU, yet has never and will never do a deadlift in his entire life.

Good for you, bro.

Lewdog, Silock, penguinz and el borracho have basically sworn by cleansing. It's totally the way to go.

While you're at it you should check into vegan dieting and crossfit as well.

I have heard great things about the cleansing as well. I am doing the 2-day deep cleanse then hittin the shakes on Thursday. My buddy owns a CrossFit training facility in Hawaii called Arkaios CrossFit. Check them out on Facebook if you have one. They'll give advice if needed.
