Geno Smith vs Alex Smith - It's on.

It's on now. Geno Smith is probably going to be starting for the Jets this season.

Alex Smith will be the Chiefs QB for the forseeable future. If he's a success, we'll probably get five good years out of him.

So who's gonna win more NFL games over that time period?

Put your ten pounders on the table and make a vote

Alex: 11 wins
Geno: 8 wins

This. If Smith cant turn the ball loose the way Reid wants, Bray will see the field next season, and all this milk DUD worship will be over.

This thread is tired BTW.

Just the same argument with people repeating themselves over and over./

Neither side will budge until one QB has had time to fail.

I will say this. No excuses for Alex. Not the WRs, O-line, or scheme. He has this yr to prove himself IMO.

Otherwise we need to be looking at other options. I wont be convinced that Reid and co. are going to blindly latch their wagon to him like Pioli did, until he gets a new long term deal.

And to further my spot on comparison of Geno to Aaron Brooks, Brooks also won his first start beating the Defending SB champion Rams 31-24.

And he lost the week before in a game in which he threw 22 passes.

Nice try, Lao Che.

Geno > Brooks

Shit, he's already having a better season so far than Cam Newton. DANE?

He came into that game after they were already getting whipped muchacho.

So you think hes better than Cam. The first player in history with 40 ptds, and 20 rtds in his 1st two seasons. They are both crybabies, and Cam is WORLDS better.

If you think Geno will have a better year than Cam, youre not dumb. You are insane.

I think Geno will eventually be a better QB than Cam. That's what I said in the offseason.

So far, so good.

Cam SUCKED on Sunday.

You don't know shit about Alex Smith. That's been my problem with you from the beginning. Everything in your life is a STAT.

You don't know the first thing about Alex Smith.

The fact that I told you from the moment I got here exactly how Alex Smith was going to help the Chiefs win games, and ironically enough, a blue print of it was displayed in week one.

Its hilarious will all of your absolutes about Alex Smith, and especially the DEFENSE, im having more fun with that than anything else, because every time I mentioned the defense, you shouted how the Chiefs didn't have that, and from every indication they very well could.

Everything you said about what Alex could do, and wouldn't do, and couldn't do, and the defense, has been hilariously INCORRECT.

Im enjoying every single minute of this.

They sure did ship off Baldwin quickly too.

They don't mess around. They cut mistakes and move on. At least that's what I have noticed with Dorsey......

Against the SEAHAWKS?

Who knew. I guess if Kap struggles on sunday, (which he will by the way) then you are going to claim that Geno is gonna end up better than Kap too?

I like Geno as much as the next guy. But there is just a little bit of a difference in the Seahawks defense, and the Buccs.

Oh, we know its not the only way.

But it is the best way to run a team successfully. Look at the Jags. They should of cut bait with Gabbert after year one. But, they are stubborn and stupid.

Some teams never learn. Hopefully the browns learn and kick weedens punk int loving ass out of town.

Steelers,Pats, know the deal. It's hard but it's a business.
