He certainly wasn't seeing #2 WR reps in ****ing training camp. It's unreasonable to think Powell would have done any better as a guy who dropped in the draft because he was low on depth charts for much of his collegiate career.
Tyreek was a star in his first training camp. He was an anomaly, for sure and that’s with him being very raw.

Similar to what they did with Hill in the second snd third year.

Think about punt returns. The best thing the punt returner can do is get the ball back to the offense.

Hell, I'd just try to block every punt or just let them punt it and don't take a risk for a fumble.

Exactly, if Hardman was having a hard time distancing himself from the other receivers then there would be an issue and Kemp is having a great camp by all accounts so its not like its lack of competition. Haven't heard bad things about Robinson or Pringle either.

Robinson has had a quiet camp. He's still young and has a chance to up his game.

Callaway has had a quiet camp too. With Kemp keeping a stranglehold on that #6 receiver spot, Callaway is looking like the odd man out.

I hope Robinson runs up field this time and stop going backwards.

Callaway was making some noise before pads came on, then got hurt the second padded practice IIRC.

I think we PUP Callaway and stash him, deferring his release to sometime midseason.

As far as DRob goes, he's a lock for the roster this year purely do to familiarity, but I'm not expecting him to reach another level of success or anything. He's in his 6th year, so I think he kind of is what he is at this point - serviceable.

I think for our offense to reach an unprecedented level of greatness (better than '18), we'll need Hardman to up his game. Having a legitimate, trustworthy, every down, tried and true #3 receiving option will unlock God-Mode Patrick.

He's already going to have more time than ever before behind the new Oline, and with that, a stronger running game than we've seen since '18 (Hunt). The last stone in the glove is a stud #3 option.

I already think we'll be able to cobble great receptions together by platoon approach (Hardman, Gray, DRob, Bell, CEH, McKinnon) - but if Hardman steps up, it will make for the greatest QB season ever recorded.
