Who wouldn't trade every single first round pick of *****s era for a good, young quarterback?
Jackson Berry Baldwin Poe Id trade em all right now for a legit quarterback. Shit, throw in the second rounders, too. Cassel Dexter Arenas Hudson Allen That's 4 firsts and 5 seconds I'd give up for a quarterback. |

It's a shame the media waters down the quarterback prospects due to 20 year old conventional thinking with crap like "he's not a good value at 1, but he would be a good value at 10"

Every other team with an elite QB except maybe the Colts has at least a semi-competent front office and scouting staff. The Saints draft record is an abortion.

Watching even the first couple of drives of the 2010 game vs Marshall, it's clear he can go through progressions quickly, and throw accurately while being hit. Wow. As a 19 year old, no less.

Mayock speaks:
"By far the most confusing QB class in years" "Not sure if there is a 1st round QB in this class" "I have a hard time buying into Geno Smith as the 1st pick in the draft" "I couldn't even pound the table today for a 1st round QB this year"

Looking forward to him breaking down Geno eventually and showing us some of his flaws and things he missed.
