According to the report, the league sources say the NFL determined 11 of the 12 footballs used by the Patriots were under-inflated by two pounds per square inch each. Per NFL rules, footballs are required to be inflated between 12.5 and 13.5 PSI and weigh between 14 and 15 ounces.

The thing is...most other teams KNOW how much they cheat (why some teams run dummy plays in walkthroughs and use fake signals...they know NE is gonna cheat...even after the nfl sees them cheating and sends them letters saying "please stop cheating") and are blowing the whistle on it (like John Harbaugh did after their playoff game. Tipping off the refs about the balls being deflated among other things.)

There's a reason the refs are paying more attention to their bs and calling more penalties. Opposing coaches are aeeing it and are tired of them getting away with it.

Now, go ahead and spin it...we know you and just passing by don't ever want to hear that your team is a bunch of cheaters.

The playcall was terrible and even worse...it was predictable.

Colin was talking about his conversation with the kid that made the interception the other day

He showed how Lynch had been stopped in short, goal to go situations all year (like 5/6 times) and how Seattle had the tendency to call that exact play in those exact situations ALL YEAR.

BB worked with the kid specifically in practice the week of the Super Bowl on how to play the route if they lined up that way and how he needed to be physical and own the spot the bal is thrown.

The kid played it perfectly because he was prepared for the exact situation.

Because of all this (which only a fool would dispute) the fact that it's being handled by coaches and NOT in the owner's meetings is what's really sad.

I can't speak to the other 30 owners in the league, but our owner seems to do little more than suck Kraft's dick because he can't get past the "win something then come talk to me" retort. So if the other owners aren't lighting-up Kraft in owner's meetings they're as much a part of helping Kraft's team as Kraft's team.

But I get the feeling that "fixing it" would hurt their profits, and these guys serve money above all, so Kraft's team's ethics aren't their number-1 concern and what they're willing to deal with. Hell, they have employees in the league who hit their wives, they have to solve that before they worry about the sport itself.

This.. That one play will define a coach by a large part of the planet for the rest of his life. The other part is I'm sure we won't know the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth about why they made that dumbest choice in the history of football (and it wasn't to be sneaky!!).
