Bills/ Bengals [cancelled - process in OP]

In case anyone needs it spelled out, we would play at a neutral site if the AFCCG ends up being Chiefs vs. Bills. All other scenarios abide by the usual rules (so any other game the Chiefs play will be at home).

I'm sure there will be some sympathy flags on the field at some point during any Bengals/Bills game. You know the NFL wants this rematch at the highest level.

Houston

To reduce the fans going all the way South from the North, your only option is Indy. St. Louis was shitty back when the Rams were there, not sure they've improved it much to host an AFC Championship game. NFL doesn't want that to be their backdrop for their penultimate game. If Detroit doesn't get in, you can do it there too, city could use the boost I'm sure.

If Goodell presented that option to them, maybe they would have taken it? We'll never know.

You can't take something away from somebody and say "Oh welp, you should have done something a week ago. We didn't tell you that... you should have just known." There isn't a person on the thread who would take someone doing that to them. No way. There's just no way out of this at this point. Just have to suck it up and play football.

Apparently you missed that the players don't want to resume the game period. Again, that's on them. Understandable, but take the no contest and .

All of these other solutions are reeruned and ignore that the players made a choice. There's nothing homer about this.

And your idea of adding another playoff team so no team gets a bye is by far the most reeruned of them all. You can't change the playoff format in the middle of the season you butt****ing moron.

You have to remember that the media has become very bored of the Chiefs and has no desire to see us win again.

On the flip side: it has now become their wet dream to see Buffalo win it all.

Any scenario that benefits us is unacceptable and any scenario that benefits buffalo will be deemed fair, no matter how ridiculous it is.

They are literally about to change the playoff format with two weeks to go, so I don't know how you come to that argument. Anything they do is going to be something that has never been done before. They're all bad ideas and they're all going to suck. Even just going off winning percentage hurts the Bengals and probably isn't fair to them.

Their teammate was laying on the field and his heart had stopped. You expect anyone to make a smart decision about anything after they just watched one of their teammates laying on the ground getting AFib. Are you serious with this right now? What kind of messed up thinking is that? You're going to be a hardass about that and get pissy over home field advantage in the playoffs over a guy who almost died? You might need to step away for a minute. That is some pretty messed up stuff.
