I think Chase and Andy need to split snaps in practice. If we get into a situation where we need a QB who has to throw accurate passes, I think Chase might need to be called into service. I'm still wondering if he would have done even better (or worse) behind the #1s...

Other than that, this was a fine game. You were able to rest starters, get reps for others, and despite the loss build confidence in knowing your backups essentially played a playoff game in OT with a team that beat Denver on the road.

And I'm not convinced "questioning a ref" means a fine. From podium, directly saying it was a bad call, might, but creaming at an official during the game seems to be as legal as the offensive line holding. Watch Manning, Brady, Rivers, and any number of "5-Hour-Energy" head coaches, and you'll see they may not get "that" call, but the officials sure know they've ****ed up. I rarely see that out of the Chiefs, and I don't think I've seen Andy light into an official on the sideline. A gentle discussion doesn't count. And if all their bad calls ever get them is a non-trip to the playoffs/super bowl, so what? But I'd love for you to find the link (and I do belive you), and I hope it has a link to the "running score" each crew/official has on him. If not, what does it really matter. It's got to be public, at least somewhat as public as the officials reviews of the players we suffer each week, to be worth a shit. If it's private, it's junk!

Well I'll give And y credit for having the backups ready to fight. They played well. But I thought the play calling was too bland in the second half. How many times we seen this team run on first down just about every time in the second half? Thwy were too predictable on offense in the second half.

anyone have a GIF of the fumble?
I was on the way home and missed it. And living in San Diego - I'm actually getting crap from these half-tards! Seriously? You beat a practice-squad team in OT.....in a do or die situation....in your own house! (and apparently needed a little help from the refs too!)
