Play them without having a bench. This team's Achilles heel is when any of their bench players have to actually play meaningful minutes, which is the same problem as last year when Arkansas knocked them out in a hacking foulfest with our best players getting in foul trouble.

We also had kj at the 5 last year and no Dickinson

Hmmm.... maybe. But I think we would have beaten Arkansas last tourney if Self would have been coaching.

Also had Jalen Wilson who was our best player last season by a decent margin as well as an additional NBA lottery pick in Gradey Dick.

We'll never know, but nothing Self would have done would have changed the way that game was played (a hacking foulfest by Arkansas' design).

Pop Isaacs gonna lose them alot of games putting up his garbage shots. Tought 5-19 game for him but is pretty much his season average.

This team's peak level remains definitely good enough to beat anybody. Can't maintain it in normal games given they have effectively no bench at all, but have shown it now in the UConn and Houston games (two of the three best teams in the country this year).

Beat UH in Houston and then it's on. They play just as well at home as KU does. That one will be intense.
