What's the lovefest with Fisher?
Lotta people on here saying no to Romeo and want Fisher. Why Fisher? What is so great about him? Wouldn't he just be more of the same? What has he done that makes you want him as a HC so much? Doesn't he have a losing record against the Chiefs? If so doesn't that mean he couldn't put together a better team than we had in the past? So what's the big sell for him as opposed to Romeo or someone else?

I think our D takes a huge step back because Romeo will be gone if they hire Fisher. I just don't like it. I am all in for Romeo just because of the D. Hire Romeo get an OC.

Perhaps people are hoping that he will magically make this horrible offensive line good somehow. In recent games they had multiple 1st downs on the 5 yard line and they couldn't score touchdowns.

Out of all his years of coaching he had six winning seasons and five 8-8 seasons. That's not what I'd call an upgrade to what we've had

Looks like the only time Fisher beat the Chiefs was once under Gunther and twice under Herm. So he couldn't beat Marty, DV or Haley. Not saying that is a single reason not to hire him but if he couldn't beat those teams why would anyone think he would magically put together a SB winning team here?

I'm just looking at the teams we had and he couldn't beat those teams and those teams obviously weren't good enough. Just some insight to it is all. Obviously is 5 8-8 records and 5 losing records out of his 16 years says more

Alot of people are tired of losing in the regular season. Fisher can build an 8-8/10-6 winner and bring the "party" back to Arrowhead.

My only condition is that we hire an offensive minded head coach. Today reminded me of a Herm-coached team...and I simply can't watch that type of a team again. It's just too painful. Playing not to lose...
